How did you end up at Benepass and what made you join Benepass?

I was introduced to Benepass a couple of years before I joined the team and have had the pleasure of witnessing the growth and evolution of the company from afar. Having been in the benefits space for 20 years, I’ve seen a lot. Benepass is a unicorn. The team built an incredible product that I truly believe will reimagine how benefits are delivered. I am honored and excited to be part of such an incredible company. 

Tell us a little bit about the Strategic Alliances department. Why would someone want to join your team?

Strategic Alliances at Benepass is responsible for representing Benepass to the broker and consultant community, evangelizing Benepass as the best-in-class spending account solution, and ultimately generating go-to-market growth and client satisfaction through relationship development. We are a cross-functional team of consultant and broker experts working across sales, marketing, customer success, and product. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and the shared goal of transforming the benefits landscape.

What qualities do you look for when hiring someone for the Strategic Alliances team?

We look for individuals with strong relationship-building skills, industry expertise, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a passion for innovation in benefits. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to driving success for our clients and partners.

What is your favorite core value? How does the Strategic Alliances team display it in their daily work?

“Seek joy” is a core value at Benepass and one of my favorites. The Strategic Alliances team loves to celebrate success! Whether it’s achieving a new milestone, building a strong client relationship, or developing an innovative solution, we find joy in our work and ensure that positivity and enthusiasm are part of our daily routine.
