We are making it easier for employees to manage their Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and/or Limited Purpose FSA. Our platform gives employees access to their FSA account(s) on the web and via our mobile app.
We also give employees access to a virtual card in the app which can save employees time and headaches if they have to submit claims or forget to carry a physical card. Balance amounts and contributions are also easy to check in the app.
We make it easier for People teams to manage FSAs. Our platform allows admins to see all pre-tax benefits all in one place, including engagement and utilization. Unlike legacy systems, we also have automated funding so admins no longer have to feed information into the system each pay period.
If an employee’s card is declined for insufficient balance or another reason, our platform will let them know immediately, decreasing questions from employees to HR. We have a team ready to answer employee questions with a 95% customer satisfaction rating.
We work with People teams to clarify what qualifies under your company’s Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and/or limited purpose FSA, and we code that policy into the Benepass platform. All employees are issued a Benepass card with the rules programmed on the card.
